01 / AGREEMENT

TERMS & CONDITIONS

TEN I SEE is a brand operated by Kamui Enterprise LLC (“TEN I SEE,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By visiting tenisee.net, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Returns & Refund Policy.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live, and legally able to enter into a binding agreement. The store currently accepts orders for eligible United States destinations only.

02 / ORDERS & AVAILABILITY

AN ORDER IS A REQUEST.

Your checkout submission is an offer to purchase. An automated acknowledgement does not guarantee acceptance. We may accept, decline, limit, or cancel an order because of availability, suspected fraud, payment failure, address restrictions, pricing or description errors, or another legitimate business reason. If we cancel after payment is captured, we will return the amount charged to the original payment method.

Product availability can change without notice. We may limit quantities per customer, household, payment method, or address. You are responsible for providing accurate contact, billing, and delivery information and for reviewing the order before submission.

03 / PRICE, PAYMENT & TAX

PRIVATE COMMERCE / USD.

Prices are displayed and charged in United States dollars unless checkout expressly states otherwise. Applicable sales tax and shipping charges are shown before you place the order. Prices, promotions, and availability may change prospectively.

Card payments are securely processed by Stripe. You authorize us and our payment provider to charge the selected payment method for the order total. TEN I SEE does not intentionally store complete card numbers or security codes. A payment authorization may be reversed if an order is not accepted.

04 / PRODUCT INFORMATION & CARE

OBJECTS REQUIRE ATTENTION.

We make reasonable efforts to present product descriptions, dimensions, materials, colors, and images accurately. Screens, lighting, finishing, and production variation can affect appearance. Unless a written warranty is supplied with a product, no additional warranty is created by marketing copy or photography.

TEN I SEE kinetic objects are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent a condition. Use objects responsibly, follow any included care instructions, keep small components away from children and pets, and discontinue use if an object is damaged.

05 / ACCOUNTS, CONTENT & SITE USE

ACCESS WITH INTENTION.

You are responsible for safeguarding account credentials and activity under your account. Do not misuse the Site, interfere with security, submit unlawful or deceptive information, scrape the Site at disruptive volume, attempt unauthorized access, or use TEN I SEE content or marks without permission.

Site design, text, photographs, artwork, product names, logos, and other content are owned by or licensed to TEN I SEE and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. A purchase transfers ownership of the physical product, not rights in our intellectual property.

06 / DISCLAIMERS & RESPONSIBILITY

REASONABLE LIMITS.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free access. Nothing in these Terms excludes a right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TEN I SEE and Kamui Enterprise LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages arising from the Site or a product. Our aggregate liability for a claim relating to a purchase will not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim. These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law.

07 / GOVERNING LAW & CHANGES

A CLEAR FRAMEWORK.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Unless applicable law requires otherwise, disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts serving Los Angeles County, California.

We may revise these Terms prospectively. The version posted when an order is placed governs that order. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
