TEN I SEE is a brand operated by Kamui Enterprise LLC (“TEN I SEE,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) from California, United States. This Privacy Policy applies to personal information collected through this website, product pages, shopping bag, checkout, customer accounts, and related communications.

By using the Site, you acknowledge the practices described here. This policy does not replace any additional notice presented at the point where information is collected.

• Provide the Site, maintain the WooCommerce shopping session, and operate customer accounts.

LIMITED DISCLOSURE.

We may disclose personal information to service providers and contractors that perform services for TEN I SEE, including website hosting, ecommerce infrastructure, security, payment processing when enabled, shipping, email delivery, customer support, and professional advice. These parties receive information only as reasonably necessary for their role and are expected to protect it.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, to investigate fraud or misuse, or as part of a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of business assets.

SALE OR SHARING

TEN I SEE does not sell personal information for money. As of the effective date, we do not use personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising and do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16. If these practices change, we will update this notice and provide any legally required choice mechanism before the change applies.

If the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (“CCPA”), applies to TEN I SEE and your information, California residents may have the right to:

• Know the categories, sources, purposes, and recipients of personal information, and request access to specific pieces of information.
• Request deletion of personal information, subject to legal exceptions.
• Request correction of inaccurate personal information.
• Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information.
• Limit certain uses and disclosures of sensitive personal information where the right applies.
• Receive portable information and exercise rights without discriminatory treatment.

We recognize qualifying opt-out preference signals, including Global Privacy Control. On this Site, a detected signal keeps optional Analytics and Marketing choices off. Because TEN I SEE does not currently sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, no separate “Do Not Sell or Share” link is presently offered.

Submit a request by emailing tenisee2026@gmail.com with the subject “California Privacy Request.” Describe the right you wish to exercise and the email address associated with your account or order. You may use an authorized agent; we may request proof of authorization and identity verification. We will respond within the period required by applicable law. Some requests may be denied or limited where an exception applies, including completing transactions, security, legal compliance, or recordkeeping.

07 / RETENTION, SECURITY & CHILDREN

CONTROLLED RETENTION.

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, including fulfilling orders, maintaining accounts, resolving disputes, enforcing agreements, and meeting tax, accounting, and legal requirements. Retention periods vary by record type and legal obligation.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards. No online system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The Site is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us so we can review and delete it where required.

08 / EXTERNAL SERVICES & CHANGES

CONNECTED SERVICES.

The Site uses or may request services operated by third parties, including Hostinger for hosting, WordPress and WooCommerce for ecommerce, Stripe for payment and fraud prevention at checkout, Google Fonts and jsDelivr for presentation resources, and Spline for the optional interactive 3D experience. These providers may receive transaction, device, network, or usage information needed to deliver their service. Their privacy practices are governed by their own notices.

Payment-card details are entered in Stripe-hosted fields. TEN I SEE receives transaction status and limited payment information needed to administer the order, but does not intentionally store complete card numbers or card security codes.

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in the Site, our practices, or applicable law. We will post the revised policy with a new “Last updated” date and provide additional notice when legally required.
